Tic-tac-toe trained chicken v0.9
"Tic-tac-toe trained chicken" is a computer program which is specially trained to play the Tic-tac-toe game without ever loosing. No matter if you will play first and how you will play, you just can't win with that program. It has some random routines too, so it will play randomly every time it will can (avoiding to be stupidly repetitive), but it will not give to the player ANY possibility to win anyway.
